Terms of Service Summary (English)

This is a summary of our terms. For the legally binding version, please refer to the German AGB above.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by SemanticFlow on semanticflow.de and teaching.semanticflow.de.

2. Services

SemanticFlow provides AI-powered content automation services, including:

  • EduraFlow: AI-assisted creation of learning materials (quizzes, slides, dossiers)
  • Enterprise Solutions: Custom content automation for businesses

Important: AI outputs are suggestions and must be reviewed by the user. The user is responsible for checking the suitability and accuracy of generated content.

3. User Rights & Content

  • Users retain all rights to uploaded content and AI-generated materials
  • Users grant SemanticFlow a simple, revocable license for technical processing only
  • SemanticFlow does not use content for its own purposes (except anonymized statistics)

4. User Obligations

  • Only upload content you have the rights to use
  • Do not upload personal data of third parties without legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
  • Users are liable for the legality of uploaded content
  • Users indemnify SemanticFlow from third-party claims

5. Storage & Deletion

  • Uploaded content and results: stored for up to 24 months
  • Deletion on request: within 30 days

6. Liability

  • SemanticFlow is liable only for intent and gross negligence
  • Liability for slight negligence limited to foreseeable damages
  • No liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss
  • Total liability capped at payments made in last 12 months

7. Payment

  • Pricing according to current price list on semanticflow.de
  • Payment processing via Stripe (Ireland/USA)
  • Access may be suspended for payment default

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 14 days' notice
  • Termination must be in text form (email to info@semanticflow.de)
  • Data deleted within 30 days after termination

9. Privacy

Details on personal data processing (user data, billing data) are available in our Privacy Policy.

10. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

  • Applicable Law: German Law (excluding CISG)
  • Jurisdiction: Hamburg, Germany (where legally permissible)

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
